Hello kernel.

Personally, I do not think recommend this location as in the photo.

If you do not have a decline bench, do not really worry.

In the chest after the training, you will be able to round the chest ..

Incline press the bar or dumbbell upper chest Works.

Weight plate or press Works bar across the chest.

Works dumbbell fly airplanes in the chest outside a lot and the downtown.

Volar tilt outside of work and the center of the chest, so that the line in the middle.

Dips Works of the lower chest.

JERSEY-work of the entire breast.

Decline bench presses are a good training to your exercise routine, but if you do not have access to a bank in retrospect, I would not worry me.

Good luck.

This seems sufficient to me. Every drop in bed together, I saw the gym at 45 degrees. This seems to be just below parallel to the ground. I do not think that it would stimulate the fibers of the lower chest of more than a straight bank. In addition, the position of the platform seems to set the lower back in an awkward position, especially when you drive heavy poundage.

In my opinion, I think it would contribute to the development of pecking in the background. But it would be very bad if it on his back to goal.
