Xbox 360 Video Problem? - video cable cord repair
I had the AV cable is plugged in, the Law on the TV and tested the Xbox 360, and set the TV output and even ordered a new AV cable, and still does not work. I studied the PSS and in vain. I think to call Geek Squad, or send me to Microsoft for repair?

Ok, so she went through the "troubleshooting guide in the support of Microsoft and it did not. You did not see the console, if you're still under warranty? It would probably be my next step.
So ... regardless of whether it is under warranty or not ... I call Microsoft support and talk to them. Explain that you have already gone through the troubleshooting guide and not guaranteed.
Perhaps you have found an answer, perhaps not, but it costs nothing to find out. You might say, send free (if in warranty), or to say how much it will cost to repair (if it is out of warranty.)
Then you will at least have a better idea of where you stand.
